Barrett, MN has not adopted MN State Building Codes.
The City of Barrett's Zoning Ordinance is available only at their city office. Per an email on July 8, 2019, to a PLRB staff member, Marita Rhude (City Clerk/Treasurer) advised that a zoning permit is required for any work done on the exterior of a home or property. Any variance must have their City Council's approval.
